  • App-enabled – designed to work in tandem with the EO Hub, you can easily control up to 30 individual charge points at any one time. From the EO Hub, you can schedule charges, benefit from telematics integration, and manage and monitor energy usage.
  • Monitoring and reporting – all the important data picked up by your EO Hub will go to the EO Cloud, the unique cloud-based charge point management system. From here you can remotely manage all of your charge points, monitor usage, diagnose problems and monetise your charging infrastructure.
  • Supports the global roll out of EV – the EO Genius system has been designed to not only make commercial charging easier and more scalable – but also to support the global roll out of electronic vehicles.

Is the EO Genius charger secure?

Yes. If you’re worried about unauthorised access of your EO Genius ev charger there’s a number of security features you can use to restrict usage.

The first is to use RFID tagging to lock the charger socket to unauthorised users. This ensures that only users with an RFID tag or key will be able to use the charger.

The second is to give users access through the EO app.

Can I get a grant to help with installation of my EO Genius charger?

Yes. The EO Genius charger is fully accredited by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) so it qualifies for the workplace grant. This can help reduce the cost of your new charger by 75%.

This is usually capped at £350 per socket upto a maximum of 40 sockets.

How long does the warranty last on EO Genius chargers?

All EO chargers come with a standard product warranty of 3 years so you know you’re covered in case of any issues.

Ongoing technical and virtual assistant support is available across the EO range of EV chargers so you’ll never be left to go it alone if you do run into a problem.
